By using the boxicons.com web site (“Service”), or any services of Boxicons. (“Boxicons”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms (“Terms of Service”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using Boxicons.

Boxicons Explorer & Figma Plugin

Boxicons Library & Boxicons Figma Plugin are available for free, with no payment required to use the application.

The free version provides access to a limited selection of icons while offering full access to all the icons library features. The Pro version unlocks the complete icon library in addition to all existing features. Pro users will receive access to all newly released icons. All users will receive the future icons library updates.

Client/Contract Work

If you are working on a project for a client and you are using Boxicons “Pro” Icons, your client must have their own Boxicons “Pro” Subscription when the project is complete, if its using Boxicons “Pro” Icons. You may direct the client to purchase a Subscription. Sharing your username and password with the client violates the terms.

Permitted Use

You are granted the right to use Boxicons in personal and commercial projects, in accordance with the terms outlined in the license agreement provided with your purchase. Redistribution, resale,claim of ownership, or use in open source projects, or sharing of Boxicons or any of its components, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to our icons—including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights—are and shall remain the exclusive property of Boxicons. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any ownership rights or interests in our intellectual property, except for the limited rights expressly provided herein.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Boxicons.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for any claims related to our services will be capped at the amount of fees the Customer actually paid the Company under this agreement in the past 6 months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service or any conduct that we believe is harmful to our interests, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your access to the account and any associated services will be immediately deactivated, and your account data may be permanently deleted. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you for the termination of your account or access to the Boxicons. We further reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time . The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must stop using our services.

Refund Policy

We do offer a refund for Boxicons “Pro” purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund for annual plans and one time plans, within 14 days from the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@boxicons.com with your purchase details.
